Add web access to Openrouter

Add the ability to append :online to add web access to any model, including o1 and o3-mini.

I tried this out and it didn’t work well though, unfortunately. I think it may be confused by us sending the whole chat history and system instructions - the web search results were just about vs code extensions 🙃

It needs a bit of tweaking, even Task Master are considering options for replacing Perplexity for other proprietary web researching tools, but OpenRouter and Ollama+Perplexica provides options
