how to use --skip-dependencies for yt-dlp in mod?

For that sort of thing you have to use yt-dlp.yt-dlp-preinstall.ps1 with your own content:
& $Winget install --id "yt-dlp.yt-dlp" -e --accept-package-agreements --accept-source-agreements -s winget -h --skip-dependencies | Where-Object { $_ -notlike " *" } | Tee-Object -file $LogFile -Append

This run is from an install with Winget-Install.ps1 but it works from the WAU upgrade run too:
