ctrlr.org should be working, it's closed as in "no new users are accepted". this wordpress instance is full of spam and I can't de-spam it. i'm getting emails from companies that some of the "spam" pages on ctrlr.org break some laws. I'm keeping it up, but i don't know for how long. It would be great if someone more familiar with wordpress could help. |

As you might have noticed, the Ctrlr site is down. There's no word from Atom about whether it's permanent or just temporary. Whatever the case is, it's a shame to not have access anymore to the panels/ Ctrlr setup files or the most valuable thing, in my opinion, the forum. Because it was a valuable source of information.
Luckily enough there is a site called Wayback Machine which holds a complete backup of the Ctrlr site. Because the Ctrlr Site uses WordPress as a backend, the site is not fully functional on the Wayback Machine website. For instance, you can browse the forum but
the search function results in a 404 request.
Does anybody know a way to run the site locally? Given the fact that I have a complete mirror of the Ctrlr site on my PC right now. But my knowledge of WordPress or hosting websites is limited. Or perhaps, does anybody know how to get the site working again on a different host? (Dnaldoog offered to host the site.).
