Allow resources (cpu and memory) on hook-verify-mongodb-version

On my kubernetes environment, default resources are applied (both requests and limits, cpu and memory). Using this helm chart, I am not able to deploy it, without kustomization.

Please allow setting resources on the hook-verify-mongodb-version object.
