Can't get updates

I cannot get versions of Rocket Chat to update (continuous loop?) This has left me stuck with v 2.17.11, which does not work correctly, and sometimes won't even load when I'm using MS Edge. I'm subscribed to Richard Lejeune's Panick HY Report and Steve Wells' Savvy Investor. I've had fair success accessing thru Firefox, but I'd like to get the current version of RC for those SA services working on MS Edge. I've got a Dell XPS 8930 desktop, OS upgraded to Win 11. Please advise how to get RC working correctly at current version level on MS Edge.
