Describe the bug

Since upgrading to 4.1.1, a doorbell chime ("Door" in the notification preferences) seems to sound randomly from the client. All users are experiencing it and it does not seem to correlate with any in client notification (i.e. being added to a new room/discussion, new direct message, etc.). This doorbell sound does not respect the sound configuration in preferences, such as "Notifications sound volume" being set to 0 or setting "New Room Notification" to a custom, silent MP3.

How to Reproduce

Cannot be reproduced on demand. It just happens unexpectedly.

No doorbell sound plays.
