No, it just happens on the Desktop app

Describe the bug

desktop app cannot start after installation
use 4.0.1 3.9.15 Replace the version and install it with the same effect
Currently, only one computer has been found to have this phenomenon
This computer can use Rocket.chat normally through a web browser

How to Reproduce

1, install app
2,open app
3,You can see the process running in the task manager
4,Unable to see any interface display
