Show TInker Button on the side always (floating)

I understand TInker is to do small tinkering, but sometimes, my tinker code becomes long and I have to scroll UP again and again to click on the Tinker icon - if it could FLOAT on the left side in the gutter (besides line numebrs etc) it would be best - or FLOAT on the right like how php storm gives browser preview icons in the code editor

or simply show up besides the LAST LINE in Tinker Window - but best would be to always be visible on the side, either top or bottom.

Currently - the LineMarkerProvider is linked to the PHP Opening tag. I can check if I can make it so it's on the first visible line or last line of the code, but don't have too much fate in my ability to figure it out xD

I think being on VISIBLE line is fine, either first or last visible line (this could be a setting even)

You could indeed just end your files with a ?><?php to have it show up
