Complete REQUIRE_OPENGL and REQUIRE_GL migration #105
Description
It seems that REQUIRE_OPENGL and REQUIRE_OPENGL are still quite used around robostack https://github.com/search?q=org%3ARoboStack+REQUIRE_OPENGL&type=code, especially in dependencies.yaml, I guess we need to fix those as well.
