android: can't enable Telegram notifications

Describe the bug
When clicking on the "Enable" Button of the Telegram Notification enabling window nothing happens. Workaround is to open the link in the browser.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try to enable Telegram Notification, click on "Enable" -> Nothing happens.

and to Telegram's documentation, there seems to be no issue in the action performed when clicking Enable.

I think it might be related to GOS not resolving the link properly, probably due to the fact that apps are sandboxed.

To discard whether GOS supports them or not at all, check if the Robosats and Telegram apps are in the same user and work profile, or if there is any isolation layer that is preventing the redirection from occurring. Maybe there's some setting to bypass this restriction (wouldn't recommend it though).

I am not using the app in a work profile or any special environment, just a plain installation on gos. Not aware of any special setting to allow this either, I just remember that it did work at one point in the past, so it seemed like a regression.
I also tried in the Android Tor Browser and it seems to work sometimes, while sometimes just nothing happens when clicking Enable and then OK in the Browser dialog.
Maybe its also an os related issue and out of your influence.

This is likely the same bug as the one reported refering to LN QRs not opening wallets when tapping. It was indeed fixed during the prerelease QA but it appeared again.

I bet the Kotlin code is blocking it.
