Ethernet and Serial Wrapper library

Make a library to encapsulate the boilerplate Ethernet and Serial things and allow us to swap between them without much thought. Ensure safe messages and enforce internal message protocols (start with "$"and end with ";" ).
Reading can output data as a string for the user to handle.
Writing can format message for you or just send what you give.

This is being handled by RJNet library. Keeping this note to update Sedani's motor control board and Sedani's imu to use it later.
