Pellet, remove supernatant, extract DNA using preferred method (DNAzol, Qiagen DNeasy, Zymo Quick DNA Miniprep kit). Don't really have a recommendation here, although using one of the kits is a little more "foolproof", as there's no precipitation/pellet washing/etc). |
