Pam Jensen's Tote of Notebooks

I met with Pam on Wednesday, and she gave me a big Rubbermaid tote with TONS of notebooks! Everything from the 2017 NPRB project (the main collab with the Roberts lab), along with a ton of the PCR tests performed on samples throughout her time at NOAA.

Important info:

• Notebooks contain visualizations of extraction plates and images of gels used in PCR tests (along with the original test diagnosis)
• Also includes recipes for DNA extraction and PCR, including primers used, for each run
• Current location: With the 3 Rubbermaid totes containing all the samples she sent the Roberts lab upon leaving NOAA

Extra important info: she'll want these back at some point, so DO NOT THROW THEM OUT!!!
