ArgoCD scaffolder actions erroneously lists output values #1428
Description
The argocd:create-resources action in the Backstage Scaffolder Actions Directory documents both input and output values. However, when the action is actually run, there are no output variables. The source code for scaffolder-backend-argocd shows there are no outputs either, only inputs.
