When I tried to run the script 'BHM-example.jl', I got an error mesage:

ERROR: UndefVarError: `default_starting_vector` not defined
Stacktrace:

   @ c:\Users\jmzhang\.julia\packages\Rimu\7bF5b\scripts\BHM-example.jl:48

For the previous version, I did not encounter any problem.

As far as I know, the function 'default_starting_vector' is newly introduced.

I am sorry. I did not restart my vscode. After the restart, it works.
