Is there any way to keep hotspot on?

This phone turns off hotspot every time it finds cellular service which requires I manually turn it back on (which can be a real pain as I'm controlling the phone remotely). Is there any way to keep hotspot on (or just turn it on so I can spam the "on" mechanism)? Unfortunately this is a POS Pixel so the usual non-Shizuku methods do not work 😔
