Bootstrap 3 compatibility issue #237
Description
I'm seeing an error in Visual Studio that says, "There was an error running the selected code generator: "The specified bootstrap version '3' is not valid. The valid options are '4, 5'." when trying to create a new view. The only reference to Bootstrap Version 3 is in Westwind.Globalization. Can the resource files be updated?
