How to get quantiles for training

Hi Richard,

Thanks for presenting such as nice project and organize the repository so well. I have one question regarding the output format: it seems the models' output are quantiles, but I didn't see how you convert the deterministic MW (using solar forecasting as an example) to quantiles. I guess it should be handled in the preprocessing code, since you can load processed data and then use for training. Could you please provide more details on that? And do you have a plan to show some sample data to run the code? Thanks.
