Registration Changes

A couple of changes we earmarked for improving things on our end for registration next year. Could be a good PR for someone wanting to get started with contribution

• Add XXL and XS to shirt sizes if we intend to offer them
• Change list of majors to a drop down, encourage people to choose the closest major they can
• Change "How you heard" to a list of options, with an optional write in
• Make number of attended hackathons a list {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-10, 10+} or etc
• Add under 18 check box - see backend issue here actually - this could be done programmatically - consider it.
