CANNOT SEND MESSAGES VIA IOS APP

Trying to send messages via IOS app does nothing. It seems to send but then no one is listed under recipients, forcing the use of the online app to send messages.

Confirmed, looks like the recipients list is not been properly sent to the API. The Responder app (along with the Unit app) is being rewritten so as soon as that version rolls out this issue will be resolved.
