How can I install optifine and some other mod loaders in the launcher or its not suported yet? |

LiteLoader and Fabric are supported. Forge and Optifine is not supported yet. |

LiteLoader and Fabric are supported.
Open your Epherome, click "Profiles" and choose a vanilla Minecraft profile.
Click "Installs"
Click "Fabric"
Forge and Optifine is not supported yet.
