NEW V229 updated and now it won't run the software #3310

I updated to the newest software and now I can't get it to actually run the software on my PC. I can install it but it doesn't launch at all. Any ideas? |

I can use V228 and it works fine but as soon as i install V229 or update to it, it breaks. |

It is not. Also, V228 works perfectly fine. And I don't see any events logged. |
