Manual Control via tray icon

No idea how much work this would be and I guess it's a bit of a niche use-case, but it would be really handy and potentially useful for other purposes.

I have a fan outside my computer that is connected to my motherboard, pointed at myself over summer. I can create a tray icon which displays its speed in percent. I would love to be able to click on that icon, and have a slider come up to be able to control the speed (it's set to custom, I don't imagine this would be a good idea for any other control method).

In my mind, this would work like how clicking on the volume icon opens up a slider. It would be amazing if I could set up keyboard shortcuts to control the fan speed too, but that's quite a big ask!
