Fan Maximum

Can we add a maximum % for the fan controls similar to how we can set a minimum % ?

One of my non-critical fans is very loud at 100% but gets much more bearable at 85% and below. On my Linux machine and using CoolerControl I'm able to set an arbitrary maximum using their "function" tood.

I haven't found any mix of tools or graphs that can enable me to easily do this on FanControl.
