Windows Defender has flagged Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen as a virus

Recently, I discovered this. Is there anything that you could do to fix this? We love the app but some of the virus scanners detect this. Please have a describe and explain why this is happening. Thank you.

I have no idea what "Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen" is even supposed to be. Those cryptic non-descriptive detection are false-positives.
