How do I add the 3D BG effect from the Sunshine Encore teaser on YoshiCrafter Engine?

I'm trynna test out the 3D BG effect. I just need to know how to do it.

I'm thinking of using a skew and squish shader on a 3D BG that is a .png, I'm going to use the Tails Doll BG for testing purposes.

Not sure, yoshi crafter engine DOES support shader's so uh yeah, that's ya coding ticket
