Description
After fixing #176 I think we have now a different problem with the methylformate example. RMG crashes after finding the strange molecule being unable to locate statmech groups:
1 C 3Q 0 {3,S}
2 O 1 2 {3,S}
3 C 0 0 {1,S} {2,S} {4,D}
4 O 0 2 {3,D}
