measure.py vs cantherm.py

measure.py doesn't seem to work (various errors in measure/input.py). Has it been entirely superseded by canterm.py? If so, should measure.py (and measure/input.py) be deleted? (or else fixed?)

Yes, Measure has been completely deprecated and replaced by CanTherm. We should perform some cleanup soon...

Apparently this SHOULD be deprecated, as it has been supplanted by CanTherm for stand-alone jobs, but is still imported and used by RMG-Py.
Someone should change all the imports so RMG-Py uses CanTherm and MEASURE can be deleted.
