Just installed. Where are the components ? #124

Details
Just installed on Mac OSX Monterrey, but I can's any components on the left-side bar to be used on the design. There's nothing on documentation on how do I add them.
Expected Behavior
Expeted to have Components list on left side column or a way to add them.
Actual Behavior
No Components at all.
Possible Fix
Docs with info no how to add Components?
