Consider adding to upstream ORSO validation workflow

The ORSO validation takes place on the https://github.com/reflectivity/analysis.git repo. Given that it looks like you can test matlab scripts in github actions, it would be nice if you could add Github Action scripts to the upstream repo to run the ORSO validation for RAT there.

Is it necessary to have a Batch licensing token to run the tests?

We can approach this from a couple of directions.... since we call the same kernel from either mlab or python, we think that the Python route is the best way of doing the ORSO validation. We have an outstanding issue on it in the pythonRAT repo, but I'm not sure how far this has gone atm... https://github.com/RascalSoftware/python-RAT/issues
