No power from Vention 140w port

Hi, just got the pinecil v2, it powers fine from other ports or from my PC, but the 140w on this charger don't work at all not even starting.

I've tried the different power modes from 2.23 but they had no effect. Different cables that I tested as providing less power on my phone also didn't help.

Is there anything I can do to debug this or get it working?

Are you seeing any boot up of the device at all?
Does behaviour change with a 60/100/140W cable?

Hi, yeah it boots fine on other (lower power) chargers including the 30w port on the same brick, and from my pc.

I'm not sure what my other cables are rated for but I tried a random cable I got from aliexpress and the cable included with my old Samsung phone and they had the same no boot behaviour

Okay not sure how much this helps but got some more info; connecting the charger to the soldering iron I get these two off the bat

Then I assume it's just not updating the interface or not immediately detecting the next mesasges, as exiting and reentering the menu I see these repeating until I disconnect the cable
