Auto-Merge of TTB Files

Currently only a soft merge is performed on TTB files during the validation process here on GitHub.  Once safe the idea is to have this automatic such that when a user accepts the merge request the file is not overwritten one binary by another, but the two are 'slotted' to contain services from both.
