Implement cloud media provider

Google start using new cloud media provider to handle photo pick intent. On modern Android version (start from 12 or 13), insert photo doesn't open file picker but a more restrictive photo picker.

This feature is not open to all developers yet, but we should put an eye on this since Google is closing other doors.

I understand you aren't interesting in this. Actually there is nothing we can do at the moment since Google hasn't make this feature open to all developers.
It's just a memo that someday we may need to face it, and I really hope that day will never come.
