Unable to complete cc calculation normally, no corresponding data file was generated for the STACK folder

I scanned the file using the $msnoise scan_archive -- path/path/to/archive -- recursive -- init command, and the chans displayed was 001002003. I manually changed 001, 002, 003 to HHZ, HHN, HHE using the SQLite command. Will this affect the cc calculation later on? Is it calculated based on the trace header of these waveform files as the index?
