ggplot2 breaking changes

Hey All, this came up on the Bioconductor Slack (now Zulip) chat last week, the new version of ggplot2 has some major changes and according to Herve's early testing of Bioconductor packages, it looks like it will affect several of the cytoverse packages. Not knowing if anyone has reached out about it yet, attaching the screenshots to provide you a heads up.
