Bạn sử dụng hàm api.createNote() nhé và truyền đối số của hàm cần vào là được

Trong phiên bản mới thì api.createNote() sẽ được đổi tên sang api.createReminder() và có thể sử dụng cho cả User/Group, bạn hãy tham khảo cách sử dụng, gợi ý (nếu theo mình như sau):

// Reminder trong 15 phút

    startTime: Date.now() + 15 * 60 * 1000
}, groupId, ThreadType.Group);

// Reminder trong 30 phút
createReminder({
    title: "hi",
    startTime: Date.now() + 30 * 60 * 1000

// Reminder đến 9AM ngày mai
createReminder({

    startTime: new Date().setHours(9, 0, 0, 0) + 24 * 60 * 60 * 1000
}, groupId, ThreadType.Group);

Thêm nữa là bạn xóa thì bạn sử dụng api.removeReminder() và truyền đầy đủ đối số mà hàm cần
