Camera Subsystem #2
Description
Currently using the CameraServer.getInstance().startAutomaticCapture() function for vision.
Make the camera subsystem work and allow for image processing and multiple camera streams to be streamed and switched between.
Also optimize the camera stream and make the camera switcher as well.
