Investigate better ontology doc generation

The version of pyLODE we use is rather buggy, messing up links and anchors, not showing some properties, and being unpredictable in general.

We could look into replacing it with something a bit more robust – maybe a newer version of pyLODE.

It would be especially useful to show the other properties used in the ontology... currently the relations between stream types are not shown.
