Defaulting to no holograms

Hi, I suggested this in discord and was told to make a feature request.
Basically, two features regarding holograms on top of chests.

Feature one:
Currently, the config setting, (when enabled} sets all chests by default to hologram displays.
However, I suggest the default behaviour be set to regular chests, with players needing to type "/shop toggledisplay" to activate a hologram. This approach would likely be more efficient and preferable.

Feature Two:
Secondly, I recommend implementing a hologram limit per chunk. This feature would restrict the number of chests displaying holograms within a designated chunk. Once again, this suggestion aims to optimize the player experience.
