UI/UX improvement to Enter Your Weight screen

Describe the bug
The slider to enter the weight should come at the bottom and the values should appear above it because while trying to slide the value with the finger, it blocks the display of the values and I cannot see if I selected the correct value.

for eg, displaying the weight above the slider will make it much easier to use. I'm assuming that it is only a problem when using the right hand thumb to slide.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to the 'Enter Your Weight' screen
• Try to slide the value with your right hand thumb.
• the changes in the weight displayed below is blocked by your hand

Expected behavior

• the value of the weight displayed should be above the slider. To make it more visually consistent, the date and time values could also be displayed above the slider.

• Device: All android mobiles
• OS: 10
• Version: 0.11.2
• Downloaded: F-Droid

@hakuame thx for bringing up this issue. This is a great idea!
For now, when you start sliding you can lower the thumb leaving the "weight wheel" while sliding to the left or right. This should allow to see the values. I hope it is clear what I mean.

To me what @braniii said sounded like this might get changed but was providing a temporary solution until it is changed.

@Zumux I would keep it open as a reminder to refactor the slider. We had a plan to refactor it anyways to make the interaction more organic. And moving the numbers on top, seems like a great UI idea.
