Add waist measurement

The ratio between height and waist circumference is an important indicator of obesity.

A ratio between 0.5 and 0.59 associated with elevates health risk. A ratio higher than 0.6 signifies the highest risks of disease.

Ratio reached by dividing waist circumference by height using the same unit of measurement.

@sacrementalguru thx for opening this feature request :) I have never heard of it, but it seems to be the better BMI. In the current stage, the database supports only weights. So a major refactoring is needed (for adding and displaying). However, adding additional observables seems to be the most missing feature for several users.

Love this idea! I was also looking to track fat weight estimate (from a smart scale) so if you start a big refactoring, you could create an architecture to track N measurements.
And BTW, thank you for the app, it's truly great!
