Status of aiohttp ecosystem compatibility

The aiohttp ecosystem consists of the aiohttp library and its dependencies, many of which are maintained by the same core team under the aio-libs Github organization. This issue is meant to track all of the projects that need updates so aiohttp can be worked on.

Updated the status tracker here. I'm waiting for a frozenlist release (should be happening tonight) before updating the status tracker as well.
