Copy 'here' always gives validation error

If you try and copy something to the same folder as the item you are copying it will always error as the name is not changed. Copy shouldn't be allowed in the same folder (there is duplicate) or there should be there option to copy and change the name.

I can confirm that this issue exists: I believe the correct behavior would be to use substanced.folder.util.slugify_in_context to generate a new name for the copy (perhaps with some added logic in that function to preserve the extension).

FWIW, the equvalent "Move" operation to the same folder succeeds (generating an undoable transaction), which seems wrong as well.
