Configurations of `sector`parameter get overwritten

In build_scenarios, custom configurations of the sector parameter get overwritten within the function write_to_scenario_yaml. A check if the key already exists is required:

if "sector" not in config[scenario]:
            config[scenario]["sector"] = {}
