Action: Show/Dismiss Notifications on 15.5?

Hi there, wasn’t sure if this was the right place to raise this, so apologies if it isn't. I can't get the dismiss notifications action to work on 15.5. Is that to be expected?

When I run it I get the following error message: Error -1719 System Events got an error: Can't get window 1 of application process "NotificationCenter". Invalid index.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. The action is working on 15.5 for me. The title of the action might be misleading, though. What is meant by "show" is expanding grouped notifications that are on your screen. The action will not open the notification center.

Hi, thanks for the clarification. So to clarify, when notification center is showing, the Dismiss All Notification action should dismiss all notifications? Currently for me it just dismisses the most recent notification.

Also when I use the Notification Actions action it only shows one option, the notification symbol with a play symbol on it, but no text. I am not sure why. Any thoughts on what might be going wrong?

1. No, all those actions are made for notifications that stay on your screen. They partially work with the Notification Center open, but they are not made for that.
2. That depends on the notification. It's hard to tell without specifics. The notification produced by this AppleScript should have 3 actions, all with names:
   display notification "Test" with title "Test" sound name "Frog"

Ah I see! I didn’t realise this was for those that stay on the screen. Apologies. That makes a lot more sense, thank you for clarifying.
