Interesting approach using pydantic create_model, I am the author of mcpadapt bridging MCP servers with agentic frameworks. I had a similar idea but slightly different approach to adapt MCP servers to every framework. mcpadapt is merged in huggingface/smolagents at the moment. Could be interesting to add something similar to your solution for llama_index.

That would be great! Happy to help there, let me know if you need any support! I was about to do it myself otherwise. Really like the approach with pydantic might be better that what we are currently doing (rewriting python code from the schema) as we have issues with some details for example in the json schema parameter without default can come after parameter with default which is not valid in syntax.
