Items were deleted in protected regions due to insufficient permissions

How can I place an item/blocks/furniture etc.. in a protected region without being deleted directly, just blocked operation? I have set up a public protected region without an owner, and found that clicking on the item frame will delete the item directly.

You either don't have the tshock.world.editregion permissions (admin permission) or you are not allowed to edit it. To allow someone run /region allow <username> <region name>. I hope this helps
