I don’t suggest using this function if you have regions protected but maybe this is something we could solve, I’m not sure

There's no way to stop lava from breaking things, but you can ban the use of lava bucket so that players can't dump it everywhere
We could implement a check to force the items to other chests that you have build permission. Note that some housing/chest plugin don't actually overwrite the build permission but just silently block the action, so you might still got items moved to chests that you can't open (if you have these installed)😿

Thank you for your answer. I used the latest version downloaded from github without any other plugins, but the fact is that I can't destroy trees, wooden platforms, etc. with lave. They are still there intact, as if nothing happened.I would like to know how to force the items to other chests that you have build permission.

By latest do you mean 5.2.4 or 5.9.9 pre-release? Other info might helps, OS Windows or Linux or Mac, architecture ARM or x86-64?

Forcing item to other chests requires modify TShock or write your own plugin.

Im currently using TShock-5.2.4-for-Terraria-1.4.4.9-linux-arm64-Release.zip，running on Linux，architecture ARM

Could you try the 5.9.9 pre-release? We are aware of some random bugs exists but they are related to underlying libraries and runtime that we have limited access to, and they are not always reproducible - Windows is known to be less frequently triggered than Linux/Mac, and so do x64 vs ARM.
