Change the size of titles and subtitles

Resize in the following view:
pacientes_pages/metas_cita
sesions/edit
paciente_pages/ver_metas

Chores:

• Create card in product backlog
• Change title from h2 to h4
• Change subtitles from h3 to h5

Criteria of acceptance:

• All completed tasks

Definition of Done:

• PR linked with issue closed
• Works correctly in staging.
• Pass tests of the test document.
• Each task approved by a team member who does not work on the task.
• Design is approved by the product owner
