OpenVPN by ProtonVPN dont seem to be using TLS 1.2 or above even if the configs are mentioned #5

Main Issue :
This is kindof a basic security feature that must've been already provided by ProtonVPN. Its ovpn template file if modified to support min tls version, the openvpn connection gets connected, but still wireshark keeps showing outdated protocols being used.
Why is this kindof not being implemented I suppose? Im kindof unsure.
